I would please like to know at what exact point do you enter card 2 if using multiple cards ?

Assuming all cards (say 3) have 1-9 points entered.

Do you insert card 2 when card 1 is reading 8-9 or ????

Assistance would be appreciated.

Hi,
Only the first card has 9 waypoints.Other cards have 7 waypoints.So when you are flying the leg 8-9 of the card n°1 you have to load the card n°2 from waypoint 1 to waypoint 7.When you are flying the leg 6-7 of the card 2 you have to load the card n°3 from waypoint 8 to waypoint 5.....so on.

This method allows for an identical procedure for every card which lessens cockpit workload and also checks that CDU2 is navigating properly.
