Hi Marco,

I am trying out v160B2 with my SimCheck A300B4 on Win 7 x64 (Home Premium) and FSX SP2. I have used v151 successfully for many years. I use 2-D cockpit only and 2-D cockpit is my default startup mode in FSX options.

I dutifully replaced the contents of the Civa folder with the new files provided and moved the Civa.ttf file to the FSX fonts folder. The panel.cfg did not need any alteration as I am using the x86 FSX version ins.gau, but I checked that I had gaugexx=../civa/ins!Config, 0, 0, 0, 0, A300 as the first of the Civa gauges referred to in Window 00. But I could not get any of the gauges to display.

I tried various other options like placing the Config within the VC section (which I created), and trying with the x64 gauges, but nothing works for me; the gauges are not visible.

Regards,

Chakko.

Hello Chakko,

I discovered that somehow (still have to find out why) Beta 2 gauges got "linked" to SimConnect, that's why they do NOT work (I'm confirming this, they all don't work sigh!)

As soon as I have solved the problem I'll release Beta 3...

Sorry for this.
Marco
