Hi All,
In the past I used older versions of CIVA INS and RFP worked fine.
I had HD crash and to reinstall everything.
Downloded the 1.51 installed and edited the panel.cfg.
INS align with no issue.
FP inserted via ADEU, I see distance and heading from current possion to next wp correct.
But when I flip the switch to use any of the INS, the heading goes 360
which is not the correct heading.
Not realy sure what's causing this.
Bellow is my panel.cfg.

Edit the gauge 48 of Main window in this manner

Than reinstall the Civa ins 1.51.

Changed gauge48 as you suggested and reinstalled CIVA 151
Still HSI turns to 360 when I change either of the
the triple ins switches.

what  goes to 360° the Heading or the HSI indicator?If it's the HSI indicator check the Navigation mode switch on the glareshield near the Panel light switch.If it's in GPS mode the HSI indicator indicates always 360°.

The nav switch is on NAV.
I'm setting initial heading 240.
flip the INS1 switch, the hdg goes 357.
heading for WP1 is 237.

Before to switch on the desired INS navmode switch.
Check the inserted waypoint 1 coordinates.
Push WYPT CHG 0-1 check on the TO-FROM display that 0-1 appears and than push INSERT.At this point you can switch on the related NAVMODE switch and check if the INS goes to the waypoint 1.

Try it on flight but remember that the first heading that INS assumes is to intercept and position the aircraft on the leg 0-1.
